No Buyer’s Premium: We believe in fair pricing – the amount you bid is the amount you pay, with no additional buyer’s premium.

Admin’s Final Bid Rule: The winning bid will be determined by the last bid recorded on the admin’s side.

Shipping Terms: Shipping costs will be added to your invoice separately. We aim for prompt and secure delivery.

Payment Procedure: Payments are to be settled within three days via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Cash or cash deposits will not be accepted.

Commitment to Payment: By placing a bid and winning, you commit to promptly settle the invoice. Failure to do so may result in removal from the auction group.

Invoicing Schedule: Invoices will be dispatched every Monday for items won during the previous week’s auction.

Shipping Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend adding insurance for added security, though it’s optional.

Flexible Delivery Options: You’re welcome to arrange your own courier or opt for self-collection. Please coordinate in advance.

Seller Accountability: All auction items are in our possession and sold as advertised. We prioritize transparency and accuracy.

Conduct Expectations: We maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere. Any use of foul language or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
